Complaint filed after announcement of Gevity acquisition

A complaint filed in Manatee County circuit court alleges that Bradenton professional employer organization Gevity HR Inc. breached fiduciary duties to shareholders in its merger agreement with human resources provider TriNet Group Inc. of San Leandro, Calif., earlier this month. (GVHR)
