Cantina Freshens Up Tex-Mex Traditions

It seems only fitting in The Shops at Wiregrass, which transformed a few acres in Wesley Chapel into an idyllic village of shops and attractive "spaces," that the resident Mexican restaurant provides something superior to the usual south-of-the-border fare.
