Dining review: Kona Grill takes subtle approach to seafood

Without much "ta-da!" the Kona Grill, an Arizona-based chain, settled into a scenic spot near International Plaza in November.We say this East-meets-West, seafood-centric restaurant deserves a big, loud round of applause — especially from fish fans who consider "blackening" a good fillet akin to drenching a prime New York Strip steak in Buffalo sauce.
