Walter Industries’ spin-off to trade on NYSE Amex

The common stock of Walter Investment Management Corp., the corporation resulting from the merger of Walter Industries Inc.’s financing business into Hanover Capital Mortgage Holdings Inc., has been approved for listing on the NYSE Amex. (WLT)
